What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or similar fields; Over 3 years of professional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in the IT Consulting sector; Strong motivation to develop business in the Outsourcing area; Previous experience in team leadership and management (valued); Good English skills (minimum B2 – mandatory); Availability to work remotely from Spain . Be a Senior Business Manager Define prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area; Contact clients and schedule prospecting meetings; Present the Affinity portfolio to prospects; Manage and follow up on client accounts; Follow up with candidates and support interviews; Lead the IT Consultants team; Participate in the performance evaluation of Consultants.
