Senior Data Scientist

Mission: As a Data Scientist, you will drive strategic decision-making through the generation of actionable insights, the development of advanced data science models, and the implementation of AI agents that create value for the business. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and transform large volumes of data from multiple sources. Design, train, and optimize predictive, explanatory, and advanced AI models. Develop intelligent agents for process automation and business support. Communicate complex results clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate closely with product, IT, and business teams to translate needs into data-driven solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and security in all projects. ✅ Requirements 5 years of experience in Data Scientist or similar roles. Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and deep learning (AI experience is a plus). Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Spark. Experience in data visualization with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Ability to understand business contexts and translate them into data solutions. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills. Experience working in collaborative environments and with agile methodologies. Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
