UX Researcher

We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our UX team, supporting different projects and driving user-centric decisions across the business area. It’s a unique opportunity to shape the way millions of people interact with an amazing company. What You’ll Do Plan, execute, and analyze user research and usability testing to improve the overall user experience. Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research (Mixed Methods) to gather insights on user behaviors and needs. Perform behavioral analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Support cross-functional teams with user-centered design insights across projects. Apply methodologies such as field research, heuristic reviews, usability testing, benchmarking, card sorting, and low-fidelity prototyping methods . Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align research outcomes with business objectives.
