We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Pollok (Glasgow) Sectors: Commercial Project Types: Supermarket Refurb Payrate: £280 - £300 a day Duration: 4 weeks - ongoing work following What you'll do as a Freelance Site Manager: Oversee fitout/refurb projects on a leading UK supermarkets - Northwest or UK wide Report directly to the Project Manager Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives Support commissioning and final handovers Duties of a Freelance Fitout Site Manager include but are not limited to: Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal) Record onsite progress and lookaheads Report into Senior Management Follow H&S guidelines Required Qualifications/Experience Experience working on commercial fitout projects CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving licence and access to own vehicle What's on offer Day rate - whatever your preference Weekly pay on a Friday How to apply Please apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Sam at Fawkes & Reece on 01204 554 884.
