Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor

Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Leicester who are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor to join their team on a Temporary basis. As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will be: Manage daily compliance tasks following certification Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work Involved with signing off the EICR's Qualifications / Experience: NVQ Level 3 18th edition Previous experience in quality assuring electrical works Social housing experience Previous experience overseeing contractors Previous experience working with EICR's As the Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor, you will receive: £30 -£35 per hour Opportunity for extension Mileage coverage Hybrid working We are keen to see CVs from Electrical Surveyor, Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Officer, M&E Surveyor, M&E Supervisor. .
