Residential Conveyancing Lawyer We are working with a highly regarded coastal law firm who are looking to recruit two Residential Conveyancing Lawyers to join their growing team. This role can be based in eitherEastbourne or Polegate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive practice with a genuinely welcoming culture and very low staff turnover. The role: You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including: Sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity What were looking for: Current experience managing residential conveyancing transactions Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel) Case management system experience (desirable but not essential - training will be provided) Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Clear and confident communication skills, with a personable approach both in person and over the phone A commitment to delivering outstanding client care Whats on offer: A supportive and professional working environment within a close-knit team Competitive salary, benefits, and bonus package Full-time, office-based positions with support staff in place (part-time considered, minimum of 4 days per week) Consideration given to candidates close to qualification with relevant conveyancing experience If youre a motivated and client-focused conveyancer seeking a new role on the coast with a firm that values its people as much as its clients, wed love to hear from you.
