Group Reporting Manager - Insurance - London - £90,000 - £110,000 bonus and benefits Your new company I am working with a fast-growing insurance group looking to hire a group reporting manager. This is an innovative, fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans. The role is an important position within the finance team with good exposure to senior business leaders. Your new role This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including: Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards – UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, Lloyd's. Production and delivery of consolidated management accounts Automation and improvement of finance processes Balance sheet reconciliations, controls and process review Management of group accountants What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven financial reporting experience within the insurance industry. You will need to be able to own processes and have the desire to automate and improve financial processes. You will need to be comfortable working with external auditors and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
