CNC Programmer

Job Description Were looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join one of our prestigious clients based in Rugby! Youll be working as part of a skilled team of 18 engineers in a busy and supportive workshop environment, producing bespoke, precision-engineered components that support critical industries including power generation and defence. This is a Full-Time, Permanent role offering stability, progression and a competitive salary! What youll be doing Program, set and operate Siemens-controlled CNC milling machines Manufacture complex, low-volume components from engineering drawings Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances Work with various materials including steel, aluminium and plastics Monitor tooling and making adjustments to maintain machining accuracy Keep a clean, safe and organised workstation Support production demands with flexibility Hours Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-16:00pm Friday 7:00am-12:00pm Pay £20 per hour / £39,520 per annum Skills/Experience Required Proven experience programming and operating Siemens-controlled CNC milling machines Confident programming directly on-machine using Siemens controls Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Proficient in the use of manual measuring tools including micrometres, verniers and height gauges Flexible and dependable, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Full driving licence and own transport Benefits Early finish every Friday Competitive salary Company pension scheme Career and development opportunities 28 days holiday Free onsite parking Supportive team environment Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
