Senior Quantity Surveyor

This opportunity is based in Suffolk and you must be willing to stay away Monday - Friday Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £250m Construction Management project including residential units, bars, restaurants and sports facilities. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years and have an annual turnover of £1billion. This role is part of a new division and you will be joining at an excellent time as have immense opportunity to have influence and grow your role as the division does. You will initially be working as part of a larger commercial team on a £250m mixed use project, responsible for a section of the build, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor: This role is suitable for someone who has had experience in a similar role, overseeing multiple construction or civils projects or worked on major projects as the no 2. You will be competent in managing the upstream, internal and external client side process. You will be a confident and calm negotiator who is happy working as part of a team NEC experience preferred Construction Management contract experience preferred Degree in a construction related subject Experienced on a variety of construction projects The company: The company are a UK leading main contractor who work across multiple sectors and have a strong pipeline of work with both new and repeat clients.
