General Builder

We are currently looking for a General Builder in the Newark area to work for a well established housing association. This is a long term, self-employed contract where you will be using your own van and tools As the General Builder you will be responsible for: Brick work - repairs and re-pointing Wall & floor tiling Joinery External repairs We are looking for a General Builder who: Has their own van Has their own tools Has relevant industry experience Has relevant experience within social housing In return, the General Builder will receive: £21 per hour (CIS or PAYE payments available) Uncapped fuel allowance at 45p per mile (job to job) Weekly pay Long term work Overtime available ASAP start If you're interested in the General Builder position, please apply online or call Alex on 0121 790 0986.
