Job Title: Business Development Manager MSP / RPO Solutions Location: Remote Contract: Independent Join our high-performing team as a Business Development Manager, where youll lead the charge in securing new MSP and RPO partnerships across diverse industries. Here at Myn we provide a free platform for experienced Recruiters to work independently and seriously increase their earning potential, as well as giving them all the support, resourcing tools and back-office function to be successful. Youll be bringing in clients for these Independent Recruiters to manage by offering scalable talent solutions and elevating our brand as a trusted workforce partner. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, target and nurture prospective clients in need of workforce outsourcing solutions (MSP/RPO) - Design and pitch tailored solutions that align with client challenges in contingent and permanent hiring - Lead strategic conversations with CHROs, TA leads, Procurement teams and C-suite stakeholders - Navigate complex sales cycles with high-value contracts, guiding prospects from first touch to signed agreement - Collaborate with implementation, delivery and legal teams to build seamless, scalable, and profitable solutions - Track market trends, competitor offerings and evolving client needs to refine go-to-market strategy About You: - You will have proven experience winning MSP, RPO, or large-scale staffing contracts - Ideally you will have won solutions within either Technology, Legal, Healthcare, Financial Services and / or the Criminal Justice Sector - Deep understanding of workforce models, talent tech, vendor management systems, and sourcing strategies - Confident communicator, skilled at crafting proposals and influencing senior stakeholders - Strategic thinker who thrives on building long-term, high-value partnerships - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and customizing each solution to the client's unique context Benefits of working as an Independent Business Development Manager: - Work fully remote at times that suit you - No set up costs and no monthly fees - Uncapped commission - Access to our CRM System, ATS and full back-office support - Ongoing support from our internal team - Fantastic earning potential To discuss stepping up your career, apply now!
