Damp & Mould Surveyor

Hybrid working, mileage, and impact all in one surveying role! I am looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor who is immediately available to work in Birmingham for a housing association. The Damp and Mould Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out damp and mould surveys over a 6-12 month period. Hybrid working and mileage will be provided. Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: General day-to-day maintenance. Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys Scheduling day to day repairs. Identify the root cause and oversee trades on site carrying out repairs Damp and Mould Surveyor essentials: Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties Ability to work at pace and adapt to change. Experience within social housing. Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys.
