Project Manager

Fawkes and Reece are partnered with some of the North West's main contractors and developers to recruit Experienced Project Managers to oversee the successful delivery of projects. This is a key leadership role for a proven professional capable of managing full project life cycles - from Pre-Construction through to handover - ensuring quality, safety, and commercial success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of project delivery from inception to completion. Oversee on-site teams, including Site Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety standards. Drive productivity and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Work closely with commercial teams. Requirements P roven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent Knowledge of Construction processes. Track record of delivering projects successfully. CSCS Black Card , SMSTS and first Aid at work certification Full UK Driving license Whats on Offer Competitive salary and benefits salary.
