Site Manager

Live role for an experienced Site Manager to join a well established Principle Contractor with a strong portfolio across residential and mixed use schemes. This individual will lead projects from ground works to completion, managing a mix of 30 units, RC frame and traditional build scheme in North London. About the Site Manager role: Oversee day to day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Manager all on site staff, subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate with the project management team and client representatives. Monitor programme, quality control, and site safety in line with company and regulatory standards Plan works, manage logistics and ensure effective resource allocation. maintain accurate site records, reports and H&S documentation. Requirements for the Site Manager Proven experience in managing RC frame and traditional build projects (residential and mixed use) Strong Knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and technical detail. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification essential. Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills Ability to work independently while upholding company standards and client expectations What is on offer?
