CNC Setter Operator

Recruit4staff are representing an established engineering business in their search for a CNC Setter Operator to work in Bangor Job Details: Pay: Negotiable (20% shift allowance on evenings between 6pm and 1am) Hours of Work: Days - 7:30 to 4:30 with a 12:30 finish on Friday. Evenings - 4pm to 1am Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 5pm on Friday Duration: Permanent Job Role: As a CNC Setter Operator you will be responsible for the operation and setting of CNC machining centres and CNC lathes to produce high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and customer requirements. You will ensure compliance with quality procedures, support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain accurate records, and work closely with the CNC Team Leader and QA personnel. This role also involves start-up and shut-down processes, stock control, ERP recording, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
