A well-established law firm based in the heart of London, providing legal services to both commercial and private clients, and contribute to our growing Commercial Property team. We are looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our renowned Wills & Probate team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and provide exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a full private client caseload, including drafting Wills, LPAs, and administering estates Offer expert advice and support throughout the client journey Ensure adherence to firm and departmental processes, meeting fee earning and caseload targets Participate in business development activities, including networking opportunities Advise on related tax matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws Benefits: Attractive company pension scheme. The Person Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2 years PQE Proven experience in non-contentious private client work Strong technical and case management skills Excellent client care and communication skills Ability to manage risk and maintain compliance with legal requirements Strong business development interest and skills
