Interim Financial Accountant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial accountant to join a leading global manufacturing business based in Hull on an interim basis. This 3-6 month assignment offers the chance to work within a highly respected finance team during a period of transition and business-critical reporting. The role is ideal for a qualified accountant with strong technical skills and a hands-on approach, who is confident working in a fast-paced, complex environment. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes Preparation of statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Assisting with group reporting and consolidation Supporting ad-hoc financial projects as required The successful candidate will: Be a fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA Have strong experience in financial and statutory reporting Be available at short notice or on a quick turnaround Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills This is a great interim opportunity for a finance professional looking to add value in a role that offers both challenge and variety.
