Based in Tewkesbury , this company offers a professional and supportive environment where your industry expertise will be valued and rewarded. The Role As a Contracts Manager , you will oversee multiple industrial roofing and cladding projects from pre-start through to final handover. You will manage site teams, coordinate with clients and suppliers, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, and maintain tight control over programme and budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver industrial roofing & cladding contracts across the UK Liaise with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors Oversee site teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Monitor programme and budget, reporting to senior management Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources Prepare and manage RAMS and contract documentation Carry out regular site visits and audits Requirements: Proven experience in contracts/project management within industrial roofing and cladding (sheet metal systems) Strong understanding of site operations and construction processes Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), First Aid Full UK driving licence Based within commutable distance to Tewkesbury
