Job Title: Solar Panel Installer / Electrician – Solar Farm Project Location: East Hanningfield, Essex Start Date: End of October 2025 Duration: 11 Months (long-term contract) Rate: £24.00 – £26.00 per hour The Role We are recruiting experienced Solar Panel Installers / Electricians for the construction of a large-scale solar farm in East Hanningfield, Essex. This is a long-term opportunity to be part of one of the county's major renewable energy projects. Responsibilities Installation of solar PV panels on ground-mounted frames Electrical connections, testing and commissioning Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site standards Working alongside site management to deliver works to programme Reporting any faults, defects or issues promptly Requirements Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent) Previous solar installation experience (ground-mount preferred) Valid CSCS / ECS card Ability to work as part of a team on large-scale projects Strong commitment to health & safety procedures What's On Offer Long-term contract (11 months minimum) Competitive hourly rate (£24.00 – £26.00) Opportunity to work on a flagship renewable energy project in Essex Consistent hours and professional site environment How to Apply If you are qualified and available to start at the end of October, please apply with an up-to-date CV and TEXT Louis Lord on 07702908983
