Operator (CIP)

Main purpose of the job: To ensure that tanks CIP Procedures are executed, and products are supplied to the packing machines accurately and timeously. Minimum Requirements: Matric 6 months learnership on the principals of clean and sanitising a processing system using automotive or manual cleaning in place system Knowledge: Knowledge of CIP and Principals within a Dairy manufacturing environment Knowledge of best operating procedures Understanding of CIP Compliance Standards Knowledge and understanding of quality procedure and quality compliance standards Knowledge of an understanding of Health and safety procedures and requirements of the factory Knowledge of and experience of in practicing housekeeping procedures and compliance standards Knowledge of an experience in practicing personal hygiene standards Basic Knowledge of the effect of micro-organisms on the quality of dairy products Skills: Skill to operate the CIP process effectively Basic technical skills
