Key Responsibilities: Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with External Auditors, banks, and tax authorities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and risk management. Drive process improvements and digital transformation within the finance function. Collaborate with global teams on group-level reporting and strategic initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, and CPA) or equivalent. Minimum 10 years experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in Africa or emerging markets. Strong understanding of IFRS, tax legislation, and financial controls. Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex financial operations. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
