Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on sales leads. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Conduct property viewings and presentations. Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and processes. Negotiate and close property sales agreements. Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records using property management software. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of property sales processes, laws, and regulations. Proven experience in property sales. Customer service and relationship-building abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Registered with the PPRA / FFC (Valid).
