Job Description
Requirements Minimum of 25 years experience in a restaurant management or senior supervisory role within a high-volume or full-service establishment. Hands-on experience with GAAP or Dawn Plan POS systems. Strong Excel capability for reporting, costing, and performance tracking. Proven experience managing teams of 20 employees. Knowledge of stock control, cost management, and cash-up procedures. Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all daily restaurant operations to maintain service and quality standards. Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams to meet performance objectives. Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and supplier coordination to achieve budgeted cost targets. ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food-handling regulations.
