Overview Field Service Engineer Lombardia Piemonte – Field Service Engineer role at Danaher Life Sciences (SCIEX). This position is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills to conduct maintenance, installations and repairs of SCIEX mass spectrometry instruments and related HPLCs. Assigned territory will be mainly Lombardia and Piemonte, preferably located in Northern Italy, western Lombardia or eastern Piemonte. The role works under close supervision and mentoring of the direct manager, regional specialists and senior engineers within the territory. Responsibilities Develop knowledge and skills to perform high-quality maintenance, installations and repairs of SCIEX mass spectrometry systems and related HPLCs. Support customers with service activities in the Lombardia and Piemonte regions under supervision. Collaborate with the regional team to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Qualifications 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field (including Istituto Tecnologico Superiore - ITS Academy) and/or equivalent field experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Willingness to travel for customer visits and/or trainings; Driving license B is essential. English and Italian language proficiency.
