For this role, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a long-term, remote-first project focused on building a next-generation AI-powered development platform . What You’ll Do Design and develop scalable, secure, high-performance web applications. Develop backend services and APIs in Python or Node.js . Work with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and document databases (MongoDB). Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate AI-driven features. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions. Apply CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code. Work in an agile, cross-functional team environment. What We’re Looking For 7 years of experience in full stack development in product-driven companies. Proficiency in at least one backend language ( Python or Node.js preferred ). Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB . Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, version control). Fluent in English and Italian Curiosity about Generative AI tools and workflows. Nice-to-Have: Experience with developer platforms, SDKs, or AI tooling. Familiarity with FastAPI or REST best practices. Contributions to open-source projects.
