Assistant of Director

A Property Company is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant to Director to join based in Badung, Bali. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial support function to the Director. Responsibilities Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including managing their schedule, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence Assisting with the coordination of projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently Conducting research, preparing presentations, and compiling reports as required Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and responsive manner Providing general office support, such as file management, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc duties Requirements Preferably those who have an educational background or have worked in the legal field or law firm At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential What We Offer A positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that values work-life balance About Us Emerald Land Internasional PT is a real estate development company based in Bali, Indonesia.
