Global Key Account Director – Primary Packaging Industry: Primary Packaging : Personal Care / Household / Homecare / Consumer Industries Scope: Global : North, Central, South America and EMEAI regions Can be located : London, Paris, Milan, Warsaw, Amsterdam / Office based with international travel. About the business We are currently partnering with a global leader within the primary packaging markets that services a range of premium market segments, such has fragrance, beauty, personal care and homecare. The opportunity Reporting into the Global Sales Director you will take responsibility for one of the groups key global strategic customers that this business services across US, Central and South America, Europe and India. Key Requirements We are looking for a talented senior level key account manager who can demonstrate a record of success in the management and coordination of large global / multinational customers with a strong market awareness of the personal care / home care markets. Ideally, this individual will have a strong background from within the packaging sector and really understand the key drivers/influencers within this market and how to organise and manage global customers. Candidates could also come from within the customer market and operate within senior level procurement / product management / NPD or even packaging development and maybe open to the idea of moving into a much more commercial opportunity. Will need to have significant stakeholder management experience and ability to coordinate people to achieve the companies and customers objectives. Part of this role will require significant analytical capabilities and the ability to manage and assimilate large amounts of data from multiple data sources. Being able to analyse, evaluate and simplify is a pre-requisite to this role. As you can imagine, working within a global business, it’s important that you have had a similar or previous experience of this and understand how to work and operate within a cross functional / matrix structure. The ideal candidate will have a technical / product development or engineering background. This role would be based out of one of the following locations: Paris, London, Amsterdam, Milan or Warsaw.
