Inspector - Quality Assurance Department

Job Description MUST be hands-on, have excellent people skills and communicate well with customers, management and employees on production floor. This person will assist in all aspects of quality and MUST have the following abilities: Possess excellent computer skills with MRP familiarity Implement corrective actions Performing all PPAP's Adhere to written procedures and have working knowledge of ISO protocol Proficient ability to read blueprints Experience with micrometers and GD&T fundamentals Working knowledge of Faro Arm X330 JOB DUTIES: Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes Measuring production Documenting evidence Determining operational and performance qualifications Writing and updating quality assurance procedures. Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, and system compliance by investigating customer complaints Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs and training methods. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions and re-validations Enhances department and organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Skills and Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of laser lane probe cam II measure 10, FARO X330 laser scanner and software Ability to: Process improvement actions Analyze information Perform strategic planning Express verbal communications Attention to detail Deal with complexities J-18808-Ljbffr
