Coordinate, support, and supervise a diverse team to ensure an excellent work atmosphere. Implement operational processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimize services, and improve consumer satisfaction. Oversee various departments such as Commercial, Athlete, and Consumer Experience. Support the Head Coach in implementing Nike's strategy in the store. Provide reports on store activities, local marketplace, and consumer insights. Ensure the store complies with Nike standards and guidelines. Extensive retail experience, including management experience. Very good command of the English language (written and spoken). Enthusiasm and passion for sports and/or sports fashion. Experience and competency in delivering exceptional consumer service. Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
