Key Responsibilities: Provide technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality. Oversee, overhaul, troubleshoot, and commission Steam Turbine, Reciprocating and Centrifugal Compressors products at customer sites. Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams. Ensure internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards. Requirements: Technical School Diploma or Engineering bachelor's degree. Experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar). Good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. Strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions. Skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. EU passport/ European Work permit and excellent verbal and written English and Italian language.
