Reverse Logistics Manager, Reverse & Sustainable Transportation The Reverse Logistics (ReLo) Manager ensures compliance of the unified reverse logistics procedure within the transportation network, leverages operational excellence performance for reverse logistics across Brazil's fulfillment centers (FCs), sorting centers (SCs), and delivery stations (DS) with a competitive cost to serve and minimum losses. The Transportation Team is looking for a passionate Reverse logistics Manager. This role requires an ambitious individual. You’ll represent a instrumental function within our wider Amazon Transportation Operations, as we work to establish a new Return Center while supporting reverse logistics capabilities to meet projected business growth. Key Responsibilities Design and establish reverse logistics operations in Brazil Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions to align processes Develop and implement innovative solutions for this emerging area Partner with transportation teams to: Resolve network bottlenecks Maintain performance standards Enhance compliance with Reverse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Define action plans Create compliance mechanisms Implement data-driven process improvements across all facilities, aligned with business growth objectives A Day in the Life Design and establish reverse logistics operations in Brazil: Create operational frameworks Set up processes and workflows Implement quality control measures Lead cross-regional collaboration: Align processes with global teams Standardize operational procedures Share best practices across regions Develop reverse logistics solutions: Identify improvement opportunities Design innovative operational models Implement new technologies and systems Manage transportation partnerships: Resolve network bottlenecks Monitor performance metrics Optimize delivery routes Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and execute action plans Implement compliance mechanisms Monitor adherence across facilities About the Team The Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations (STRO) team is a newly established division within Amazon's Transportation organization in Brazil. Our mission is to establish a reverse logistics operations program structure, grouping projects and initiatives that are disperse within other teams while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
