Our HQ in Trento ( Italy ) is currently looking for a: LEGAL COUNSEL Fixed-term contract, 12 months. Provides a variety of legal services aimed at supporting the day-to-day activities and global operations of kdc/one Scentend & Living Solutions Division and its subsidiaries worldwide, in the areas of commercial and contract laws. Responsibilities Assist with the drafting, review and negotiation of various business contracts, including procurement, distribution, manufacturing, services, development, purchasing or sale, and NDAs, among other, involving counterparties located around the world. Participate in risk identification and the development of legal solutions. Provide legal advices and opinions on various matters related to KDC/One’s commercial activities, including with regard to applicable legislation and regulations. Support business units with regard to legal issues raised in the course of the company's day-to-day activities (commercial, supply, etc.). Participate in the development and maintenance of corporate templates and procedures, of the legal documentation database, and the automation of certain documents and processes. Requirements: Fluency in English is a prerequisite University degree in Law 2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG business operating in an international environment. Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing time and competing deadlines to complete job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Negotiation Strong ability to think strategically to resolve issues effectively and efficiently and to build collaborative relationships with business leaders. Highly skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Developed business acumen. Business oriented Italian bar membership and/or knowledge of another language will be considered as preferable Proficient with Microsoft Office/Teams/SharePoint/One Drive. Join US!
