Project Leader

Join to apply for the Project Leader role at Clivet SpA Clivet SpA is now looking for a new colleague who will join our R&D Team as Project Leader What will this role involve? As our new Project Leader , you will have the following responsibilities : Lead end-to-end project execution , ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage planning, risk mitigation, and product qualification from concept to launch. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics) and external suppliers to define, qualify, and approve new products. Maintain all technical and commercial documentation. Drive problem-solving and decision-making across departments to keep projects on track. Monitor project performance, provide regular updates to stakeholders , and implement corrective actions when necessary. This is what we’re looking for in this role : A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Energy Engineering (preferred). A Project Management certification or master’s degree is a strong plus. Previous experience in project management (at least 2 years), especially in HVAC, light commercial, or residential products , is highly valued. Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with product qualification and compliance processes is a plus. We are looking for someone living near Feltre (BL) .
