Join the VAT Tax team in our Milan office to help clients address challenges related to key areas of taxation. You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on ethics, transparency, and corporate governance. Responsibilities providing ongoing consultancy to companies on indirect tax matters; expressing opinions on the application of indirect taxes on domestic and cross-border transactions; analysing the VAT and direct tax impacts of corporate finance transactions (sales of companies, mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.) and domestic and international corporate restructuring; analysing the tax risks by conducting internal audits and preparing operating procedures; VAT due diligence; VAT compliance. You will be involved in national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.
