Automation Hardware Technical Support Europe Join to apply for the Automation Hardware Technical Support Europe role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics . We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany . Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will provide second level support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms . You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention. You will apply critical thinking to resolve actions to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, support our Applications Team, and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems to support our commercial organization. You will operate independently in the Italian/German territory and in Europe when needed (overnight travel required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. We operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor, and receive experienced technical support. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Biomedical engineer or equivalent. At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market. Early careers are welcome but with troubleshooting experience gained during thesis or internships. Proficient English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Ability to travel and provide service in the whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver's license is required. It Would Be a Plus If You Are Willing to work different shifts/flexible hours as business needs. Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify problems, and find effective solutions.
