Job Description Logical Job, a company specializing in HR consulting with a strong focus on human capital development, is seeking a General Manager for a logistics facility located in Paullo (MI) . Job Role: You will be the point of reference for a team of approximately 250 people, coordinating, motivating, and guiding the warehouse towards achieving its objectives; You will plan operational activities efficiently, ensuring productivity and quality; You will constantly monitor production, intervening to improve processes; You will manage the organization across three shifts (6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-6:00), ensuring a continuous and harmonious workflow. Candidate Requirements: A person with consolidated experience in logistics and warehouse management; With proven leadership skills in managing large teams; Familiarity with major computer tools; Able to work flexibly on shifts, with initiative and problem-solving skills.
