Senior Consultant - BIM

Responsibilities Development of strategies, analysis and optimization of processes. Use data analysis tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in BIM. Cost and process optimization and organizational revisions through market analysis, including qualitative and quantitative metrics in monitoring procurement processes. Planning, PMO and project governance (supporting the use of new tools, preparing informational materials, milestones, budget and effort verification, etc.). Support during project phases with ongoing BIM services, assistance in design activities, construction management and site progress, and improving Operations during project execution. Writing and understanding BIM methodology documents, such as Preliminary obligations for Public Administration, Information Requirements, Information Management Offer and Information Management Plan within a public procurement context. Preparation of Technical and Economic Offers, management of orders and economics. Management and mentoring of junior resources assigned to the project scope. Qualifications Specialist degree in Economics, Engineering, Architecture or related fields. At least 3/5 years of experience in a consulting firm or in corporate environments related to BIM implementation and process digitization. Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and English language. Knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination and verification tools (Revit, Navisworks, Edificius, Solibri, Civil3D, Speckle, Allplan, ArchiCAD, etc.). Knowledge of Data Sharing Environments and their organization (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Forge, UsBIM Platform, Truespace, ProjectWise, etc.). BI/data analysis and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Forge, AI, etc.). Knowledge of BIM regulatory framework focusing on the Public Procurement Code and UNI/ISO standards. Ability to manage a project in terms of resources, timing and documentation. Teamwork in multidisciplinary projects.
