At Nordson Precision Agriculture, formerly known as Arag, we are seeking a Senior Market Intelligence & Pricing Analyst to join our Product Innovation Team . This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing pricing strategies and driving business growth through market analysis and strategic data insights. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Market Intelligence & Pricing Analyst reporting to the Senior Product Innovation Director , you will: Conduct in-depth market intelligence analyses to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities across regions and product families. Define tailored market strategies by geography and product portfolio to strengthen positioning and maximize competitiveness. Manage the design and delivery of market intelligence reports to facilitate sales decision-making and enhance competitive advantage. Lead competitor benchmarking activities across OEM and distribution channels, translating insights into actionable strategies. Develop and implement a global pricing framework, ensuring consistency while adapting to local market dynamics. Analyze price lists, profit margins, and customer segmentation to support data-driven decision-making. Build advanced pricing simulation models and scenario analyses to guide commercial and strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with international Sales teams to align pricing and market strategies globally. Prepare clear, impactful reports and presentations to support senior management in strategic planning. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Management Engineering 3-6 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within manufacturing environments related to hydraulic components or agriculture Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Good command of English Team-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally What We Offer Permanent employment contract with direct placement in the company Competitive salary based on experience International, dynamic, and innovation-driven work environment If you're passionate about data analysis and eager to contribute to the marketing strategies of a global organization, we’d love to hear from you.
