Responsibilities Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for the preparation of environmental, technical, and financial studies during project development. Review Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, Single Authorization documentation, feasibility studies, and environmental due diligence for wind farm projects. Conduct site visits together with consultants and Vestas’ subject matter experts across different development stages. Prepare project budgets, execution timelines, and monitor overall project progress. Prepare and submit applications to relevant authorities (EIA procedures, Single Authorization, PAUR, etc.), ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with relevant authorities, support stakeholder engagement campaigns, and participate in public consultations as part of the permitting process. Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams (engineering, environmental, financial, etc.) to ensure project success. Qualifications Degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar). Bachelor’s degree is acceptable. 3 years of experience in renewable project development (wind or other renewable sectors such as solar or energy). Experience in project management, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal specialists. Hands-on experience with budget preparation and monitoring project timelines. GIS knowledge is required (minimum of 1–2 years in development). Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (intermediate or higher for internal documentation). Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders and participate in permitting processes. Willingness to travel approximately 30% of working time for site visits.
