About the role: We're looking for an Investment Consultant to join our dedicated Advisory Team focused on the Premium Segment. In this role, you'll be part of a team of advisors responsible for providing guidance and building strong relationships with our premium clients, all through remote channels. Main responsibilities: Manage and grow the assets of our premium clients, engaging with both new and existing clients through email, phone, and video calls. Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Act proactively to engage with the client base and achieve agreed-upon targets while maintaining high quality. Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact. Requirements: University Master Degree in economics or finance. At least 1 year of experience as Consultant in a financial institution. Strong interest in commercial activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
