Our company, a Human Resources Consulting firm, specializes in Personnel Research and Selection, Personnel Management, Training, and Coaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Mapping leads; Acquiring new potential customers; Developing leads; Customer loyalty. Mail marketing; Additionally, the candidate will: Presents recruitment services; Lead generation activities; Targeted calls to potential customers; Video calls in support of the Team Leader; Negotiations; Interface with colleagues: Recruiters and Commercial Consultants of other divisions. KPIs related to sales performance. Requirements: Degree in: Work Psychology, Letters, Languages, Economics or equivalent qualification; Previous experience in a similar role for at least one year, preferably from the sector: Employment agencies, Head Hunting companies. Previous experience in selling recruitment or training and coaching services is a plus; Proven client portfolio is a plus; Excellent knowledge of: LinkedIn and major social networks: Facebook and Instagram; Familiarity with Mail Marketing is a plus; Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly: Excel; Good digital skills and basic knowledge of graphics (Adobe, Canva); Good knowledge of: Salesforce or similar CRM. The profile is completed by: Excellent communication and relational skills; Strong sales attitude; Ability to work in a team; Ability to analyze and plan work; Empathy; Flexibility; Proactivity and initiative. Full remote position, with a contract as a consultant and bonuses upon reaching objectives.
