Job Description Join the Group Academy team as a Learning Governance and Strategy Manager at Generali. Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to support Generali strategy and business results. The unit is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our people and equip them for business and future challenges. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Supporting the definition and implementation of Group’s learning strategy in alignment with business priorities, leadership development goals, and transformation initiatives Leading the governance of learning processes, policies, and standards across the organization, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance Collaborating with HR, business leaders, and global Learning & Development teams to co-create strategic learning frameworks and roadmaps Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives through KPIs, dashboards, and impact assessments, providing insights to guide decision-making Driving the integration of innovative learning methodologies and technologies into the strategic learning agenda Managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning solutions Acting as a key advisor and partner to senior stakeholders on learning strategy, capability building, and workforce development Acting as a strategic advisor and internal consultant on learning-related topics, contributing to organizational development and change management efforts Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines 6 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, HR Strategy, Management Consulting, or Organizational Transformation, preferably in large, international organizations Proven experience in strategic planning, governance, and project management within the learning or talent development domain Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing at senior levels Experience in People Management Familiarity with learning technologies and digital platforms is a plus, but not mandatory Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Collaborative and inclusive approach, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making High level of adaptability, resilience, and curiosity Equal Employment Opportunity Generali is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
