SENIOR ENERGY ENGINEER - UFFICIO TECNICO We are looking for a Senior Energy Engineer to join our team in Brescia (via Malta) or Milan (via Silla). The successful candidate will be part of the "MIGLIORAMENTO E ASSISTENZA TECNICA" team within the Waste to Energy department. The team is responsible for managing plant modifications, collecting operational needs, evaluating technical and economic solutions, and coordinating their implementation. The team also develops and harmonizes maintenance guidelines and procedures, promotes best practices, and prepares technical specifications and documentation for common purchases. Responsibilities Analyze the functioning of existing plants, focusing on process-related topics Investigate problems or limitations in process or plant components with a view to improving them Design complex industrial systems, including functional design, preparation of mass and energy balances, P&ID and process block diagrams, risk analysis, and preliminary mechanical and plant design Write technical specifications and contracts for specific projects or common contracts for multiple plants Support the purchasing office in the tender phase and evaluation of technical offers Analyze the market and evaluate the best solutions for new projects Supervise the construction site, including project analysis of variants, verification of execution of works and scheduled timelines, collaboration in commissioning and site accounting activities Expediting activities at suppliers, including technical inspections at manufacturers' plants and construction sites Support specialized maintenance activities Coordinate improvement/modification projects, overseeing multidisciplinary aspects Requirements Degree in Engineering At least 6 years of experience in the design, management, or maintenance of thermovalorization, thermoelectric energy production, petrochemical, or related fields Excellent use of main computer tools; knowledge of software for mass and energy balance calculations (e.g., Thermoflex) is a plus Good knowledge of English Knowledge of safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and UNI EN ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 standards Availability for short trips, also frequent, within the national territory Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, dynamism, and reliability What We Offer Flexibility : flexible working hours, smart working up to 20% of working hours every two months Mensa and electronic meal vouchers in smart working Health and Well-being : integrated health assistance, psychological support, webinars on psychophysical well-being, flu vaccine Family : A2A Life Caring initiative to support parenthood, reimbursements for children, agreements with nurseries, team coaching for new parents Training and Development : induction program for new hires, talent management, training courses, and opportunities for internal growth and job rotation Savings and Free Time : over 300 agreements, including public transport, sports activities, travel, cultural events, and special offers for electricity and gas Work Environment : we promote a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion; you can join a team dedicated to developing initiatives and projects on these topics J-18808-Ljbffr
