Job Description
Overview office in Reggio Emilia, we are seeking installers to provide technical support for meters and electronic cash registers, self-service checkouts, and related hardware devices. The Team: The candidate will be part of the team dedicated to after-sales support and the team that provides companies in the Retail, Food Service, and Large-Scale Retail sectors with a wide range of hardware and software solutions. Role The candidate will support customers in the analysis, commissioning, and configuration of the indicated tools. They will also contribute to customer training to ensure optimal use of the product. Objectives The objective will be to ensure the proper functioning of the installed devices, provide technical assistance and support in the event of technical issues, and meet any customer needs. Responsibilities Support customers in the analysis, commissioning, and configuration of meters, electronic cash registers, self-service checkouts, and related hardware devices. Contribute to customer training to ensure optimal use of the product. Ensure the proper functioning of installed devices and provide technical assistance in case of issues. Meet customer needs through effective problem solving and proactive support. Requirements Technical diploma Previous experience as an installer in the Retail sector Experience and/or knowledge of electronic cash registers and/or scale technicians is preferred Initiative and goal-oriented Ability to work in a team Availability to travel J-18808-Ljbffr
