You will be involved in designing CRM solutions for major national and international clients, primarily in Industry and Public sectors. Key Responsibilities Guide clients in defining Customer Engagement solutions aligned with their needs, supporting their digital transformation and innovation efforts. Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, identifying gaps. Configure Customer Engagement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, adhering to best practices and standards. Verify solution functionality, support deployment, and contribute to training and adoption using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies. Ideal Profile At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights, with proven knowledge of their value propositions, functionalities, and best practices. Preferably familiar with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio). Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement family and, ideally, Microsoft Power Platform and Success By Design framework. Nice to Have Microsoft certifications and experience with medium/high complexity projects on Dynamics 365 Cloud and Power Platform. Knowledge of Business Analysis, Project Management, and Change Management. English language skills, both written and spoken. Results-oriented, team player, effective communicator.
