Responsibilities Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality. Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites. Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions. Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards. Qualifications Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. Experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar). Knowledge on Centrifugal Compressor. Display an impressive customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions. Skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. Deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks. Motivated self-starter with ability to make key decisions and innovate solutions. Excellent command of verbal and written English. EU Passport or European Work permit. This role requires extensive travel. Applicants must be willing and able to travel significantly (not less than 70%) without geographical restriction including offshore. Working arrangements Travel to and work on customer sites in line with customer requirements; duration and hours align with customer requirements. In between assignments, there is time in line with Baker Hughes working time guidelines and fatigue management provisions.
