We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a National Account Executive in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Position and sell the entire UPS portfolio of supply chain services – including Parcel, Freight Forwarding, and Warehousing & Distribution solutions Acquire new customers and manage existing key accounts in the healthcare segment Identify new business opportunities along the supply chain of our customers and develop sales strategies Take responsibility for achieving revenue targets Map out complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and position suitable solutions and services, with a focus on end-to-end solutions Build a strong internal and external network and collaborate with the global team Manage customer master data, prepare offers and contracts, and handle contract renewals Maintain internal sales systems and perform general administrative tasks and reporting Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fluent in Spanish. Excellent English skills both verbal and written (other languages are a plus). Very good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office products. Previous experience as Account Executive and excellent sales skills demonstrated by proven track of success in sales. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and strong communication abilities (including written, verbal and presentation skills) Proactive, ambitious, confident, quick learner and uses own initiative Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent organizational skills and autonomy Flexibility and willingness to constant and frequent moves in Spain and occasionally Europe Results-oriented with a passion for healthcare and innovation Healthcare sector experience is a plus What We Offer: A full time permanent contract Competitive salary bonus health Insurance and company car.
