We are looking for an HR Specialist to support the HR Manager in recruitment, HR operations, and Health & Safety , contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR and organizational processes. Main Activities Support in the search and selection process: publication of announcements, CV screening, organization and conduct of interviews; Support in on-boarding and management of the employee life cycle; Assistance to the HR Manager in managing HR Operations: contract management, documentation, archiving, and reporting; Support in compliance activities regarding health and safety at work; Requirements Degree in Law, Business Management, Hospitality, or Work Psychology; Preferred master's or postgraduate degree in HR Management/Business Management; At least 1 year of experience in the HR field or employment agency; Good organizational and relational skills. Proposal Work location: Genoa; Contractual arrangement: Fixed-term, level commensurate with experience; Salary: commensurate with the candidate's seniority.
