Chief Accounting Job Description: Lead, manage, and mentor the accounting staff to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations. Prepare and manage all financial reports , including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, ensuring they are timely and accurate. Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management to support business planning and decision-making. Ensure the company adheres to all accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating all audit activities and providing necessary financial documentation. Qualification: Graduated from a reputable university with a major in Accounting or Fiscal Administration. Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or 3 years of experience in the same role. Holding a Brevet , Accountant , CPA , or other professional certification are highly preferred. Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) is highly preferred. Fluent in English , both written and conversational.
