Responsibilities Ordinary and cost accounting applying the Italian financial reporting standards and the IFRS; outsourced activities and accounting and administrative assistance. Fulfilling clients’ tax requirements, preparing the main types of tax returns and forms, calculating taxes and analysing tax and statutory compliance. Administrative and business process re-engineering/improvement. Project/programme management for the design and implementation of IT and management systems. Identifying and defining the requirements and the design of complex functional specifications. Designing financial reporting models and tools. Skills A master’s degree in business; at least two/three years of experience in the Administration, finance and control area; excellent knowledge of the Italian financial reporting standards and the IFRS; excellent knowledge of general ledger and cost accounting methods and techniques; excellent knowledge of the main tax issues and related requirements; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; excellent interpersonal and team working skills and a flexible and dynamic approach.
